I GAINED 6 POUNDS!

How can that be?!?!

On Friday I weighd in at 164.2lbs. Friday night we went to Texas Road House and I had an 11oz sirloin with Broccoli, a Caesar salad, and two small rolls. On Saturday I rode 41 miles and didn’t eat much until the afternoon when I had two bowls of Chicken Tortilla soup, a Caesar salad and, some chips and Salsa. On Sunday we went to Cracker Barrel and I had 2 BBQ chicken breasts, and some potato salad.

Is my scale jacked up? I weighed in last night after a 15 mile ride at 170.4lbs and 19.8% body fat!

I think my scale needs new batteries.
